BCECE Exam 2021: Details on Admit card, Exam, Result and Counselling

What is BCECE?

The entrance examination, BCECE, is conducted by the Bihar Joint Entrance Examination Board (BCECEB) for admission into agricultural and horticultural science courses. The entrance exam is conducted in paper-and-pencil based exam mode and the duration of the exam will be 1 hour 30 minutes for each job. There will be a separate question document for BCECE i.e. Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture, and each document will contain 100 questions out of a total of 400 points.

IMPORTANT NOTE: BCECE was previously conducted in the fields of Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy and Architecture, but the exam was canceled in 2019. Subsequently, BCECEB conducted Consultation for Engineering and Architecture courses based on JEE major scores, and in Medical Sciences, Veterinary and Animal Husbandry courses based on NEET scores .

BCECE Admit or Admission Card

BCECE 2021 Admission Card was published on 30th September. BCECE 2021 Admission Card has been published online. Candidates must download the BCECE 2021 Admission Card by logging into the official website using their registration credentials. Find out here how to download the admission card and other details. It is a mandatory document that they must bring to the examination center along with a photo ID, without which they will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.

How to download BCECE 2021 Admission Card?

Candidates can download the BCECE 2021 Admission Card by following these steps:

1. Visit the official BCECE website – https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/ and click on the admission card link on the home page. They can also click on the direct link https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/Secure/univer/public/secure?app_id=UElZMDAwMDAxOQ==

2. The page will be redirected to the login window, where you must enter the registered email ID and password. Click the Submit button to proceed and download the admission card.

3. The BCECE 2021 Admission Card will appear on the screen. Check all the details in it to see if there are any misspellings or incorrect information.

4. If any discrepancy is found, inform the examiner authority to correct it. Otherwise, proceed with downloading the admission card.

5. Get hard copies of your BCECE 2021 Admission Card to take on the day of your exam. Keep additional copies for reference at the time of the admission process.

The admission card will state the following information regarding the exam and the examinees:

• Candidate name, registration number, application number and photo

• The course that appears for themes and symbols

• BCECE 2021 exam date and times

• Name, code and location of the designated test center

Candidates should be careful about the following things related to the admission card:

BCECE Result

BCECE 2021 results will be announced on the official website of the Bihar Joint Entrance Examinations Board (BCECEB). Candidates can check their results for BCECE 2021 by logging in with their email address and password. The testing body will also publish separate merit lists/rank lists based on BCECE 2021 results.

How to check BCECE 2021 result?

Candidates can check their qualifying status for the BCECE exam as follows:

3. Click the Submit button to proceed to check BCECE 2021 results

4. A scorecard will appear on the screen indicating the qualifications obtained by the candidates in all the jobs attempted and general qualifications in BCECE 2021.

5. Download the BCECE 2021 scorecard for future reference

BCECEB indicated in its notification that no request to re-evaluate or summarize results will be considered and that the list of benefits will be final.

BCECE Counseling

The BCECE 2021 assessment will be conducted after the results are announced by the Bihar Joint Entrance Examinations Board (BCECEB). The BCECE 2021 consultation will be carried out online on the BCECEB official website. Candidates who will be shortlisted on the merit list according to BCECE 2021 results must participate in the web assessment by registering and completing the options. BCECEB will then publish the list of admission / provisional seat assignment for BCECE Counseling 2021. Candidates must secure the assigned seat by blocking the option and paying the fee. The Examining Authority will also publish the document verification and offline media timetable for all participating universities once the BCECE 2021 counseling process has commenced.

BCECE Consulting or Counseling Process 2021

1. Online Registration: The first step in the counseling process will be to register online. For this, candidates need to visit the official website and click on the “Online Consultation” link on the homepage. Next, they must register by entering the BCECE 2021 list number, name, paternal name and date of birth.

2. Online entry/option Fill in the following: , candidates should check their options from the list of available universities in order of their preference.

3. Provisional Seat Allocation: BCECEB will publish a provisional seat assignment list that candidates can log in and verify their accounts. If candidates want to secure the seat, they can freeze it, and if not, they can pass it by choosing the floating option. In the event that candidates freeze their seats, a provisional seat assignment letter will be issued stating the assessment location, schedule and other details of the additional seat confirmation process. Candidates must download the assignment letter and have hard copies.

4: Seat Confirmation – Once the document verification has been completed as per the schedule, candidates have to log in again for the final seat assignment. They must pay the acceptance fee to confirm the assigned university and seat.
