
CTET Full Form
CTET is a national level examination that is administered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted twice a year to determine the eligibility of candidates for appointment as teachers for grades 1 through 8. The CTET is conducted in two cycles of Test 1 and Test 2. CTET Test 1 is for candidates who want to teach classes 1-5 and Test 2 Intended for candidates who wish to teach classes 6-8. Candidates wishing to teach classes 1 through 8 must submit both documents.
Correction of the CTET 2021 application form
The debug window for the CTET 2021 application is now open. Candidates who wish to make changes to the completed CTET application form can do so from October 28 to November 3, 2021. Candidates can make corrections to personal data, employment status, address, educational qualifications, selection of exam center and language medium for the exam. Candidates will not allow to make changes to the application form once the application correction window has closed.
The 15th edition of the CTET will be held from December 16, 2021 to January 13, 2022, in online mode as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). To enable the candidates to practice for the exam online, CBSE has made the paper form of questions and mock tests accessible to the candidates at Test Training Centers (TPCs).

CTET Syllabus
The CTET study program is described by the CBSE. The syllabus includes the topics from which questions are asked in the exam. The syllabus of CTET Paper 1 includes topics from five sections such as Child Development and Pedagogy, First Language, Second Language, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. And in CTET Paper 2 has four sections, call, Child Development and Pedagogy, First Language, Second Language, Mathematics and Science or Social Studies/Social Science. Although the Education and Child Development and First Language and Second Language sections are common in both articles, the nature and standard of the questions differ in both. Candidates should review the syllabus in detail to learn about important topics.

Step 1: Complete the CTET Application Form
Candidates must complete their CTET 2021 application forms in online mode on the official test website. Candidates must also pay the CTET application fee of INR 1,000 (for one item) and INR 1,200 (for two items).
Step 2: Download the CTET Admission/Admit Card
Candidates can download the CTET 2021 Admission Card from the official exam website. The CTET Exam Admission Card contains the relevant details regarding the applicant and the exam. It also mentions the details of the candidate’s testing center as well as the reporting time for the exam.

Steps to download the admission card for CTET 2021 Exam.
- Step 1: Visit the CTET Exam official website
- Step 2: Click on the “Accept Card” tab
- Step 3: Enter the following details: order number, Date of Birth, The safety pin appears on the screen
- Step 4: Click Submit
- Step 5: Read the notification provided and click the checkbox at the bottom of the page
- Step 6: Print the notice if needed or click the Download Admission Card button
- Step 7: Download and print your CTET Room Entry Card/Ticket
Step 3: Present yourself for the CTET exam
Applicants must report to their CTET exam centers at least 90 minutes before the test begins. The CTET exam lasts two and a half hours. Two assignments are made on the day of the exam. Paper 1 must be submitted by applicants who wish to qualify to teach classes 1 to 5 (Primary Wing). Exam 2 is for candidates who wish to qualify to teach classes 6 to 8 (Primary Wing).
Step 4: Check CTET Result
CBSE announces CTET results on the official exam website. Candidates eligible for the exam will receive a CTET Certificate of Eligibility. The validity of the CTET Certificate of Eligibility has been extended from seven years to life.
