
National Scholarship Portal 2021: NSP is the central portal to apply for scholarship programs at the state, central and UGC level. The NSP registration form will be available online. The national scholarship portal deadline will fall in December 2021 (tentative) for central schemes. All eligible candidates can apply online for a Post-Secondary Scholarship through the National Scholarship Portal at Scholarships.gov.in. Who can apply through the National Scholarships Portal 2021?
- Outstanding students from SC, ST, OBC and other reserved categories can apply for the NSP 2021 Pre-Matrix and Post-Matrix Scholarships.
- Single girls can apply for the PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship offered by UGC by logging in to the National Scholarship Portal.
- Deserving students of all categories can apply for the UGC scholarship and get financial aid for further study.
- Minority students, special students, and EBC class students can complete the NSP Scholarship Form 2021.
NSP Scholarship – Number of Scholarships Available
There are a range of scholarship programs that students can apply for through Scholarships.gov.in. Based on the eligibility criteria, a limited number of students are selected for a particular program. See the table below for the number of scholarships available.

NSP Scholarship Form 2021
Eligible students may proceed to fill in the NSP 2021 registration form. Students must complete the NSP 2.0 registration before the last date of the National Scholarship Portal. The last date of the NSP registration form may differ from one system to another. Therefore, it is recommended to keep track of the last date in order to register on time.

Steps to register for NSP 2021 through the NSP Scholarship Portal
- Visit the official website: Scholarships.gov.in
- Find the New Registration tab available in the top menu, and click on it.
- A new NSP 2021 registration form will appear on the screen.
- Next, select the scholarship from the different schemes for which the candidate is eligible.
- The candidate is asked to enter name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email id, address status, category and bank details.
- Then upload a 200KB copy of Bank Passbook in PDF or Jpeg format and enter the captcha on the right side.
- Click Register to submit details on the National Scholarship Portal 2.0 for a unique application number.
- The candidate will then receive the NSP student login details, such as the application number and password, on their registered mobile phone number.

National Scholarship Portal 2021 – Scholarships provided by the Ministry of Labor and Employment
Scholarship Name: Worker Biology Education Financial Assistance LSDM/Beedi/Cine/IOMC/ – After School and Preschool.
Eligibility
- One of the student’s parents must be Beedi, Limestone, Dolomite Mines, Iron Ore Manganese, Chrome Ore Mines, and a film worker with at least six months of service.
- Students must pass the above test on the first attempt.
- Correspondence course students are not eligible for the scholarship.
- The student’s educational institutions must be recognized by the government or a government institution.
- If a student benefits from any other scholarship from any source, he will not be eligible for a scholarship under this scheme.
- Family income should not exceed. Rs 10,000/- per month for Beedi workers and miners. 8,000 rupees per month or 100,000 rupees for cinema workers.
Scholarship amount is:
- Professional Courses- !5,000

Scholarship Name: National Higher Education Scholarship and Scholarship for ST . Students
Eligibility
- ST students who have passed postgraduate examinations and gained admission to the Master of Philosophy/PhD. Courses meet the eligibility criteria.
- Family income limit: 6.0 lakh rupees per year.
Grant amount
- For M.Phil- Rs. 25000/- m
- Ph.D. – Rs. 28000/- m
- Deadline December 2021 (Tentative).

National Scholarship Gateway Register 2021: Important Points to Consider
- The candidate will only accept the National Scholarship 2021 application form through the online NSP portal.
- Make sure you have all the required documents before applying through the NSP.
- Please fill out the application form carefully, especially the status of the title because an ‘Application ID’ will be assigned based on the status of the title. Make sure you enter the details correctly as the App ID cannot be changed.
- Students must also supplement the family income as per the income certificate issued by the relevant authority.
